We collaborated with Reflect Architects to bring this condominium to life along one of Riyadh’s main arterial roads in KSA. The design respects local culture through the use of Hajar Al Riyadh, while reinforcing architectural identity and Arab privacy with tinted glazing and "mashrabiya" inspired window treatments. The project is complemented by a refined lifestyle offering, including a gym, swimming pool, multi-level underground parking, and café spaces.
